Dining Expectations

Dining at (k)new is meant to be a leisurely experience. Everything is cooked to order. Please expect your meal to last around 2 hours so you can fully savor the food with your loved ones and the drinks that you brought to share with them.

Reservations

In order for us to be properly prepared for your visit, any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made within 24 hours of your visit. For parties of 5 or more, a cancellation fee of $25 per person will be charged. A 72 hour cancellation policy applies for Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve, due to the busy nature of these holidays. A confirmation call will be made for all reservations. A credit card is required for holiday bookings and for all reservations for parties of 5 or more.

Special Dessert Requests

Because we do not allow outside food of any kind, please contact us within 48 hours if you would like Chef Omar to prepare a dessert for a special occasion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination desired. Please ask your host or server for details.

Miscellany

No coolers. No outside food or non-alcoholic beverages.

There is a $10 minimum per person.

A 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 5 or more.
